Great tasting pizza... terrible customer service. It took 8 attempts to get through to place an order. Once the order was placed, I was told it will take an hour to deliver. An hour is a long time, but I was willing to wait. It took City South Pizza 1hr 30 mins to deliver my pizza. I had to call them numerous times asking how long. they had no idea, the person on the phone kept telling me the driver was on his way. When the pizza finally arrive a questioned the drive, why it took him so long to deliver the pizza. His answer was I just received this order 5min's ago. I will not order from city South Pizza again. If you are busy.. it's time to hire more staff, otherwise you will lose more cusstomer like myself.
